Host A Show With Me
I'm looking for music lovers like you to help create intimate performances in unique spaces. When you host me for a show, you'll create a special experience for your community while receiving a private concert in your own space, 6 free tickets for your friends or neighbors, and my sincere gratitude.
Part of what makes these shows special is a “listening room” experience where everyone's attention is on the music. Cell phones on silent help keep that magical atmosphere.
What Your Support Means To Me
Help me build a sustainable career that’s healthy both financially and mentally.
When you host a show, you are supporting me and my family in a direct and meaningful way. DIY shows provide significantly better compensation than traditional venues which charge artists room fees that must be recouped before any money is made. Many also take 20% of merchandise sales - which is straight nuts!
Beyond financial stability, a DIY show will allow us to create genuine connections with each other in a way that's impossible in a bar or from a distant stage. Real connection is what keeps me going as an artist and community is more important than ever in these times. It’s how we’ll survive.

Spaces That Work Well
It could be your home, backyard, an art studio, community space, coffee shop, record store... we’re looking for any space that feels cozy and welcoming!
The space should comfortably and safely accommodate at least 35 people. Locations with accessible parking or public transportation options are a plus.
Please check with your neighbors before hosting to make sure they're okay with additional guests and cars for the evening. A little advance notice goes a long way in keeping things smooth and stress-free.

Sound & Setup
Depending on which performance format works best for your space, some shows may be fully acoustic whereas for others we may need access to an electrical outlet or power strip for a PA we’ll provide. If you’ve got a PA in your space already, please indicate that in the form below.
No special lighting is required, though ambient options like a table with a lamp, floor lamps, or dimmable overhead lights can help set a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Promotion Info
We'd love your help spreading the word, whether through text messages, word-of-mouth, or social media - just please don't include your address in any posts! We'll promote your house concert through our website, social media channels, and email lists.
Privacy is important to us. Your address will never be published online and will only be shared with people after they purchase tickets. This keeps your show intimate and prevents uninvited guests from showing up.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to provide seating for everyone?
For seating, a mix of chairs, floor space, and comfy spots works great. We'll let guests know they can bring cushions or folding chairs if needed. What about my pets?
We love animals! But during the performance, it's best if pets can relax in another room to avoid distractions. What about opening acts?
We prefer to keep these shows simple, without openers. This way we can stay on schedule and keep the total time in your space to around 3 hours, which works better for everyone involved.Have other questions? Reach out anytime at hello@kristashows.com
